$115,050 - $168,000+ (Dependent on Experience) About Pinnacle Health Pinnacle Health is a brand-new Rural Health Clinic (RHC) opening in the heart of Carnation, WA. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and accessible primary care to our local families, agricultural workers, and neighboring communities across the Snoqualmie Valley. Role & Responsibilities Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric populations). Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, and preventative care plans. Perform routine wellness physicals, diagnostic screenings, and minor in-office procedures. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and clinical laboratory results. Collaborate closely with clinic support staff, local specialists, and regional health networks to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Qualifications Active, unencumbered Washington State
ARNP / NP
license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start). National Board Certification (FNP or AGNP). Active DEA registration is required. Passion for community-oriented and rural healthcare. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
Experience:
New graduates with relevant clinical rotation experience or experienced providers are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer Competitive Base Compensation:
$115,050 - $168,000+ annually (DOE).
