Duties Perform thorough psychiatric examinations and patient assessments Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines. Manage acute and chronic conditions in behavioral health Conduct diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR/EHR systems -Charm ehr Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists and others on the team Document all patient encounters accurately within electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Engage in telehealth consultations to extend care access and support remote patient management when needed Be a part of Spravato and TMS patients
