Job Description
Join Our Team For over two decades, Meadowbrook Urgent Care & Family Practice has been a trusted part of the Snoqualmie Valley community. As an independent, privately owned practice, we've built our reputation on providing compassionate, high-quality care while developing lasting relationships with the patients and families we serve. We believe exceptional healthcare is built on both clinical excellence and genuine relationships. We strive to create the kind of practice we'd want for our own families—one where patients are known by name, providers have the autonomy to deliver exceptional care, and every team member plays an important role in serving our community. As an independent practice, we have the flexibility to provide thoughtful, personalized care while remaining responsive to the needs of our growing community. We foster a collaborative, supportive environment where providers are empowered to practice medicine with autonomy while working closely as a team. We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/FNP) or Physician (MD/DO) to join our team on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week, approximately 8-hour shifts) , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as your primary care patient panel grows. Unlike a traditional urgent care or primary care position, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds. You'll have dedicated urgent care shifts treating acute illnesses and injuries alongside scheduled primary care clinic days where you'll build and manage your own primary care patient panel. It's an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy the variety of acute care while also valuing the continuity and relationships that come with primary care. Position Overview Part-time (3-4 days per week) Approximately 8-hour shifts Clinic hours are 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Providers care for patients checked in through 6:00 PM and may occasionally remain after closing to complete patient care and documentation Primarily weekday schedule Initial weekend training required Occasional weekend coverage (a few weekends per year) to provide scheduled time off for our weekend physician Dedicated urgent care shifts and scheduled primary care clinic days Opportunity to transition to a full-time position as your primary care patient panel grows Care for patients of all ages in a collaborative outpatient setting What You'll Do Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care Perform common office procedures within your scope of practice Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to provide exceptional patient care Build and maintain your own primary care patient panel over time What You'll Bring Current Washington State license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/FNP) or Physician (MD/DO) DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Current BLS certification Experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or a related field preferred Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach Why You'll Love Working Here Compensation starts at approximately $65 per hour for new graduates , with higher compensation based on experience, qualifications, and clinical background. Employer-paid medical and vision insurance for the employee Annual paid time off (PTO) On-the-job urgent care training and mentorship with our Medical Director, Dr. Dean Steele , a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician Opportunity to build and grow your own primary care patient panel Clear pathway to a full-time position as your primary care patient panel grows Flexible scheduling with a primarily weekday schedule Supportive, collaborative provider team The opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving independent private practice where your ideas and contributions are valued Is This the Right Fit for You? This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys variety, values continuity of care, and appreciates practicing in an independent clinic where collaboration, mentorship, and community relationships are central to the way we care for patients. If you're looking for an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while continuing to grow clinically, we'd love to hear from you. Join the Meadowbrook Team If you're looking for more than just your next job—if you're looking for a practice where you can build meaningful relationships with your patients, continue to grow as a clinician, and become part of a team that is truly invested in its community—we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV/resume along with a brief cover letter describing your experience and interest in joining the Meadowbrook team.
