Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across diverse medical areas including family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, cardiology, and dermatology. Manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, mental health, reproductive health, and preventive screenings. Utilize EHR systems (e.g., Epic) for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Deliver patient education on health maintenance and lifestyle changes. Participate in telehealth services and ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Handle complex cases involving ventilator support or post-operative recovery. Skills include proficiency with EHR, diagnostic imaging, medical coding, and strong communication. Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00 per hour, with 8-16 hours weekly. Benefits include employee discounts and flexible scheduling. Work is in person.
