Perform physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans across various medical disciplines including family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, cardiology, and dermatology. Manage diverse health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, mental health, reproductive health, and perform preventive screenings. Utilize EHR systems for documentation, orders, and care coordination, including telehealth services for remote populations. Coordinate referrals, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Possess skills in diagnostic interpretation, procedures, medical coding, and managing complex cases. Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00/hour, with flexible hours (8-16 per week).
