$60-$75/hour , based on experience and qualifications About the Opportunity IAM Radiance is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Yakima. We welcome both experienced aesthetic providers and NP/PAs interested in transitioning into aesthetic medicine. Previous injecting experience is preferred but not required. For qualified candidates who are new to aesthetics, we provide paid hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop your skills in aesthetic medicine. This position starts part-time at approximately 16-20 hours per week , with the opportunity for increased hours and potential full-time growth as our practice expands. What You'll Do Perform patient consultations and aesthetic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment Perform Botox®/neurotoxin and dermal filler injections after completing required training and authorization Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, aftercare, and maintenance Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow HIPAA and clinic protocols Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team Participate in ongoing training and professional development You'll also have opportunities to gain hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic treatments, including RF Microneedling, IPL, Erbium Laser, Laser Hair Removal, vascular and pigmented lesion treatments, and Laser Tattoo Removal. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Washington State Eligible to perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with Washington State requirements Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and continued learning Previous aesthetic or injecting experience is preferred but not required Spanish-speaking ability is a plus New aesthetic injectors are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates without previous aesthetic experience may receive structured, paid training and mentorship before independently performing treatments.
