3:00 PM - 7:00 AM Call rotation: every 4th night No weekend call for CRNAs Expected schedule: 4 weeks on, 1 week off Practice Details Operating rooms: 6 Case mix includes ENDO, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, oral, orthopedics, and vascular MD supervision during daytime hours

required Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks (case logs required) Clear background and malpractice history required If not vaccinated for COVID-19, must be willing to complete COVID testing every two weeks per facility policy Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
