LVR Aftercare is a boutique, licensed recovery home specializing in post-operative care for plastic and cosmetic surgery patients. We provide a high-touch, luxury experience focused on safety, comfort, and personalized support during a very vulnerable time in our patients' recovery. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, patient-focused environment and is available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight care .

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.) Monitor and record vital signs Support post-operative patients with comfort, positioning, and basic care needs Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate effectively with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For:

Active CNA certification (California) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting Experience with post-surgical or recovery care is a plus Strong bedside manner with a calm, attentive presence Dependable, flexible, and able to work overnight and weekend shifts Team-oriented with strong communication skills
