Role:

ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team in Orinda, CA! In this rewarding AM shift role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation during morning hours Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Transport or accompany clients to appointments or errands when required

Requirements:

Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred Reliable availability for AM shifts on a consistent schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
