Job Details:

LTC Unit

•Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Take and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other routine observations. Assist with meals, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and maintaining resident safety and comfort. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the RN/LPN. Maintain accurate documentation while following infection-control, safety, and facility procedures. Acute Care Unit

•Provide direct patient care and support to patients on the Acute Care unit. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other routine patient observations. Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, fall prevention, and other mobility needs. Respond to patient needs and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the RN/LPN. Maintain a clean, safe patient environment while following infection-control and hospital safety procedures.

Qualifications:

2+ years of CNA experience CA CNA license or ability to obtain Active
