Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team at Bayshire Rancho Mirage in Rancho Mirage, CA. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional personal care and support. Your contributions will be essential in helping us fulfill our mission of ensuring seniors live well. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Assist with medication administration under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care. Participate in training sessions to enhance caregiving skills. Uphold residents' dignity and respect at all times. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
