Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed Observe residents and immediately report changes in condition to nursing staff Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and restorative care Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and ready for admissions Assist residents with meals, hydration, and after-meal care Maintain accurate documentation and charting Follow infection prevention and safety protocols Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times Report concerns regarding resident safety, abuse, neglect, or equipment issues immediately Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required CPR certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents safely Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism What We're Looking For We're searching for CNAs who: Treat every resident with dignity and respect Take pride in providing excellent customer service Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are committed to delivering exceptional resident care If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of a team that truly values its caregivers—we encourage you to apply today!
