We are currently seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Healthcare Aide / Nursing Assistant to join our PM shift team. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene needs. Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Observe and promptly report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff. Assist nurses and other healthcare team members with routine resident care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and healthcare regulations. Provide compassionate care while building positive relationships with residents and families. Qualifications Previous healthcare, caregiving, or nursing assistant experience preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
