We are an 82 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that provides a home like environment for our LTC residents, and we offer a high acuity skilled rehab wing. Our goal is to get our short-term residents back home safely as soon as we can!

Open Shifts:

Everyother Sunday & Every other Friday 6am-6pm Sunday, Monday 6pm-10pm $3.00 Shift Differential for weekends (Sat & Sun) and night shift (10pm
