Desired Experience and Skills:

Current CNA certification in good standing Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required Familiarity with basic healthcare protocols, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring vital signs Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to health emergencies Compassionate, caring, and patient approach with children of varying abilities and backgrounds Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to the fast-paced school environment

Typical Responsibilities:

Support daily care routines, such as assisting with mobility, feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene for students requiring additional support Monitor student health status and report changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff Provide first aid and respond promptly to on-campus health incidents Maintain accurate records of care provided, as required by school policies and nursing standards Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure safety and comfort of students Maintain compliance with all confidentiality guidelines and health regulations Enjoy working with a dedicated community in a dynamic educational setting where your skills make a real difference in childrens lives.
