In this leadership role, you'll balance direct patient care with supervision, mentoring, and coordination of interdisciplinary treatment plans for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will oversee quality, outcomes, and documentation, support scheduling and workflow, and foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement while advancing clinical excellence and professional growth within the OT team.
