Spanish Fluent Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or physician Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility to maintain safety and independence Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends Why Join SYNERGY HomeCare?
