Certified Nursing Assistant Ponte Vedra, FL | W-2 | PRN | $18-$22/hour Build a home care schedule that works for you. Concierge Care is adding Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to our W-2 care team for clients throughout Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach and nearby communities . We are looking for dependable caregivers interested in ongoing in-home assignments. Opportunities vary by client and may include a few recurring shifts each week or additional hours as new cases become available. Home Care Opportunities in Your Area Our caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their own homes. Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Bathing, dressing and grooming Mobility and transfer assistance Companionship and supervision Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation or errands when required by the care plan We work to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability and care needs . CNA / HHA

Qualifications You must have ONE of the following: Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school Previous home health experience by itself does not replace the required HHA certification.

Applicants must also have:

Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Social Security card Current CPR certification Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating you are "Free of Communicable Diseases" Ability to complete the required AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening Required Training Caregivers must have: 2-Hour Alzheimer's CEU 1-Hour

HIV/AIDS CEU

2-Hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication CEU Required Florida Elder Affairs dementia training The three CEUs above can be completed as a bundle through c-e-u.com for approximately $18.99.
