Role:

As a Home Caregiver (HHA/CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes.

This includes:

Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and managing medical conditions, including wound care and medication administration Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training a plus Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and assist with ambulation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
