Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting Take and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation Help patients with mobility and transport within the facility or at home Provide emotional support, companionship, and comfort to patients Follow and implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:

Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant healthcare certification (preferred) Ability to administer medications under supervision (if required) Strong communication, interpersonal, and caregiving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Understanding of infection control protocols CPR/First Aid certification (required) Negative TB/PPD test results (required) Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check

Qualifications:

6 + months experience working in healthcare facility or home health preferred
