Duties:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with ambulation and transfers
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients ```

Requirements:

```

Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
Knowledge of assisted living and primary care practices
Ability to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Experience with dementia care is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as required.
