As a CNA or Nurse Apprentice in the Meridian Emergency Department, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care in one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the Treasure Valley. Working alongside experienced emergency medicine professionals, you'll gain valuable experience caring for patients of all ages in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Why You'll Love This Role Full-time, three 12-hour overnight shifts per week Paid training and orientation provided Develop advanced clinical skills through additional bedside procedure training and specialty certifications Work with a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care Tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and career growth opportunities for future healthcare professionals Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Ability to provide direct patient care under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment Nurse Apprentice Current Nurse Apprentice Letter from the State Board of Nursing Enrolled in an accredited school of nursing (ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA accredited program) Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Ability to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while gaining hands-on clinical experience
