Job Description

Moraine Court Supportive Living Bridgeview, IL Open Shifts:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 3.5 days per week, including every other weekend About the
Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Moraine Court Supportive Living. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, individualized care. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in long-term care or assisted living Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
