Responsibilities of the CNA/ Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA) Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors Assist medical treatment team as assigned Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms Maintain confidentiality in compliance with

Requirements:

Of the CNA/Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA): 21 years of age or older CNA Certification required CNA experience required Experience in a mental health facility strongly preferred High School diploma or GED Basic Computer Skills Service mindset with compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders
