What You'll Do As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued each day.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Supporting mobility, transfers, and transportation Responding quickly and compassionately to resident needs Assisting nurses with patient care and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment About Our Facility Meadowbrook Manor is a 24/7 Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility in La Grange , committed to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our residents.
