Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate CNAs to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses/physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with nurses to implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Valid caregiver or CNA certification in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
