Your Responsibilities As a CNA / Caregiver, you may assist clients with everyday activities and in-home needs, including: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers Offering companionship and emotional encouragement Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home Clocking in and documenting care through a mobile app Communicating effectively with the office team Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct Our clients depend on consistency, reliability, and follow-through. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates should have: At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (desired but not required—training available for the right candidate) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Reliable smartphone for care documentation Authorization to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and drug screening We look for people who bring professionalism, accountability, compassion, and a strong work ethic.
