We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Certified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our team! Join our fast-growing wellness and weight management clinic in Warrenville, IL. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for patient care. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties:

Clinical:

Administering injections: vitamin D3, B12, Lipo B, and Lipo B Ex Collecting vital signs: BP, weight, height, BMI, oxygen, pulse Specimen collection and handling (phlebotomy) Dispensing medications under physician supervision EKG testing and monitoring

Administrative:

Answering phone calls and patient inquiries Email communication with patients and team members Charting patients' medical/social histories, and maintaining patient records/SOAP notes in our EMR systems: Practice Fusion and Athenahealth Scheduling patient consultations, appointments, and follow-up visits. Ensuring HIPAA compliance Maintain inventory and ordering office/medical supplies, as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Active Phlebotomy Certification (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Preferred Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification Prior experience navigating EMR software and HIPAA guidelines Previous experience in a medical office Actively enrolled in or completed a relevant pre-health undergraduate/graduate program (Pre-Med, PA, NP, Nursing, Biology)

Schedule:

Part-time (3 days/week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 7-8 hour days; Starting time: 10am. Clinic hours are Tue/Thu/Fri 10am-4pm, but shifts may extend to 5pm/6pm for administrative prep and charting. May expand to a 4-day work week soon, including Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Starting Pay:

$20.00 / hour (Active phlebotomy certificate required for this rate)
