Role:

As a CNA, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans Measuring and recording vital signs, food and fluid intake, and reporting changes Assisting with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transporting residents Providing care to residents with mental health conditions, psychosocial needs, or history of trauma Observing and reporting skin changes, pressure areas, or breakdowns Collecting specimens as instructed

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Illinois) CPR certification required Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies
