Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Direct Service Worker (DSW) Certified Nursing Assistant/ Direct Service Worker are responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation, completing daily/weekly timesheets and daily progress notes. Maintain a professional and ongoing interaction with agency clients. All employees are expected to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing tasks and results needed for the successful operations of the business, including tasks and responsibilities not explicitly outlined in this description. AAlpha Resources, LLC Is a Non-Medical, Louisiana Department of Health Licensed Personal Care Agency. We are located at 1322 Highway 90, Suite K, Boutte, Louisiana. Our agency is looking to hire dependable, compassionate, mature workers in the Belle Chasse, LA area. Overtime only if the weekly hours exceed 40 Hours This is a W-2 position Primary Responsibilities Includes but Not Limited to:

• Bathing
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Meal Preparation
• Laundry
• Light Housekeeping
• Maintain quality case notes and necessary documentation
• Ensure that all electronic and physical case file are up to date.
• Maintain the home binders for all clients, update forms, and ensure updated duplicates are filed in the AAlpha Resources office
• Any additional duties as assigned by the Program Administrator Requirements
• Must Possess a Current CPR Card
• Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to Complete and Clear the Louisiana State Police Criminal Background Check
• Must Have Reliable Transportation
• Proficient with Technology Physical Setting Outpatient Must be able to work in the Belle Chasse, LA area.
