Angel Visiting Hands Amherst, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Per diem $15 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid orientation Flexible schedule Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Working with geriatric patients Working with seniors High school diploma or GED Driver's License Meal preparation Patient interaction Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities CNA Bathing assistance Full Job Description Responsibilities of Caregivers Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting Provide assistance with eating, meal preparation, and dining assistance Help maintain a safe and clean environment complete, personalized weekly schedules and care plans Help patients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed Provide medication reminders and monitoring Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns Document patient care activities accurately and timely Provide companionship and engaging conversation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work both independently and with a team of healthcare professionals A desire to serve seniors and adults with physical and mental impairments A friendly, organized, and professional demeanor A valid driver's license and insured vehicle Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients of all ages
