Overview We are offering a valuable opportunity for aspiring healthcare professionals to participate in our free Nurse Aide Training program. This unpaid training course is designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in patient care. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared take C N A licensure exams and apply for C N A positions within our organization. Duties Assist licensed nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care across diverse medical environments. Learn and apply procedures related to patient safety, manual handling, and infection control to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Support patient transfer methods and mobility assistance while maintaining proper body mechanics and safety protocols. Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records. Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to assist in clinical assessments. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote understanding and comfort. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in compliance with privacy regulations. Gain hands-on experience working with geriatric patients, including those in post-acute care or sub-acute settings. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant Strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience working as caregiver with older adults helpful.
