Job Description
Licensed CNAs we have immediate openings in Massachusetts Come join the Elder Care by Traditions team as a full-time Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts and experience the rewarding opportunity of providing your client with compassionate care. This position allows you to create meaningful connections with your clients. Competitive pay ranging from $2100 to $2330 per week, you will be rewarded not only financially but also by making a significant impact on the lives of those you care for. Elder Care by Traditions is seeking outgoing, engaging licensed CNAs who enjoy making healthy meals and encouraging daily exercise with their clients. Also, CNAs must be very engaging with their clients and the client's family.

Are you the Live in Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) we're looking for? To be successful as a Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Elder Care by Traditions, you need a blend of essential skills that ensure high-quality home care. Strong communication skills are vital; being able to listen attentively and express empathy helps build trust with clients and their families. Time management is crucial, as you will be balancing various tasks throughout the day, from personal care, medication reminders to household responsibilities. Attention to detail is necessary for accurately monitoring clients' health and maintaining safety in their environment. Additionally, problem-solving skills will enable you to address any challenges that arise effectively. A caring and compassionate nature is fundamental in this role, allowing you to connect meaningfully with those you serve. Finally, reliability and integrity are key traits that ensure your clients receive the trustworthy care they deserve every day.
Requirements:
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, license must be in good standing, must be current, not lapsed.
Driver's license, reliable insured vehicle (must have a vehicle)
Excellent communication skills; ability to speak and write the English language very clearly and comprehend the English language
Experience of 2 years minimum in the home live-in setting
Pass a background check, provide 3 references pertaining to the live-in setting
Physically fit, aides will have a full day schedule, on their feet 10-13 hours per day
Reside in a state that they can bring their vehicle to the case
