We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's facility! CNA Details Full Time Schedules Some weekends may be required 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility Contract Position (flexibility with shift availability is a plus) CNA Duties Provide basic patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision of nursing staff Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily needs Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes in condition to medical staff Assist in maintaining a clean, secure, and sanitized medical unit environment Prepare and assist during patient intake screenings, sick calls, and routine clinics Maintain strict adnce to security guidelines and safety protocols Communicate effectively with medical staff, security personnel, and correctional officers Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice CNA Qualifications Graduation from an accredited educational institution Licensed as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing by the State in which the position is located 1+ year of relevant Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) experience (Correctional, Medical-Surgical, or Urgent Care background preferred) Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and security clearance Cell Staff Core Values Create a team environment with a family spirit Build open and honest relationships Embrace and drive change Show humility and accountability Be passionate and relentless CNA Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Competitive Pay Packages
