Key Responsibilities Oversee and elevate the day-to-day clinical operations and wellness programs of our assisted living facility. Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing and care teams to deliver compassionate, top-tier care. Partner with facility leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize resident quality of life. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (RN or LPN with active Michigan license). Proven supervisory or management experience in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing environment. Current CPR certification; specialized nursing certifications are a plus. $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
