Financial Planning Assistance Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Transport residents safely to and from appointments Review, follow and provide resident care in accordance with care plans Complete documentation as required Maintain confidentiality of residents Implement reality orientation programs Work cooperatively with residents, peers, nurses, physicians & families to assure the best care for our residents. Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have: MI CNA license Valid driver's license Provide proof of or ability to obtain a chauffer's license Good driving record Be able to pass a background check Ability to deliver positive attitude and compassionate care for our residents At Maple Woods, we are a family serving families with the highest level of care and compassion.
