Job Summary:

As a Nursing Assistant at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents and assisting the nursing staff in delivering top-quality care. You will work in a skilled nursing facility environment with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation.

Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Aid in patient mobility and transfers while ensuring their safety
• Provide basic personal care services
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using electronic medical record systems
• Encourage and support residents in staying active
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Experience:

• Experience in long-term care is preferred
