Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility Supporting evening, bedtime, and overnight routines Providing care in Assisted Living and Memory Care Encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible Providing companionship and emotional support Following individualized resident care plans Observing changes and communicating concerns to nursing staff Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment Working alongside nurses, caregivers, and community leadership Who We're Looking For Your experience might be as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver , but you don't need the perfect resume to get our attention. We're looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care . Most importantly, because this is an every-other-weekend position, we're looking for someone our residents and teammates can count on when they're scheduled. Work One Weekend. Enjoy the Next.
