Available Shifts Day Shifts:

Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid Sick and Safe Time Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle One-on-one client assignments Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive leadership team and RN oversight Home Health Aide (HHA) training and certification program available Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Employee recognition and appreciation programs Responsibilities As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide, you will: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safety supervision Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity, independence, and quality of life Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team Qualifications Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred Caregiving experience preferred; we welcome compassionate individuals with relevant experience Current CPR certification preferred Negative TB test or chest X-ray Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds) Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Ideal Experience We encourage candidates with experience in any of the following roles to apply: Caregiver Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Personal Care Aide Resident Assistant Direct Support Professional (DSP) Join a Team That Values You At BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers.
