Round Lake , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a CNA /HHA/Caregiver to join our growing team! Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills. right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position Duties & Responsibilities:
CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
