Job Description

Cedar Creek , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for Caregivers to join our growing team! Cedar Creek Senior Living is located not far from Highway 65 in East Bethel. Come enjoy the beautiful views from our building and meet our team mascot Cheetah! We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 70-unit apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Cedar Creek is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!
Shifts Available:
Part Time AM (7am-3pm) (7am-11am), Part Time PM (3pm-11pm) (6pm-10pm), Part Time NOC (11pm-7am), Every other weekend included.
HHA Wage:
$17-$22/
HR CNA Wage:
$19-$24/
HR Shift Differential:
$1 PM, $2 Overnight Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
