Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure checks, temperature takings, and oxygen level monitoring Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in mandatory in-service training and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest care practices and industry developments Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
