We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with older adults and want to make a positive difference in their daily lives. The caregiver will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping maintain their dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed. Provide assistance with meals and hydration. Administer medications according to training, certification, and facility policies. Take and document vital signs as required. Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and other resident-care duties. Follow each resident's care plan and facility procedures. Complete accurate documentation and shift reports. Communicate respectfully with residents, families, healthcare providers, and other staff

Required:

Previous experience working with seniors, assisted living, family care homes, home care, or a similar setting. Dependable and reliable. Able to communicate effectively and professionally. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Current CNA certification Medication Technician/Med Tech certification or experience PCA or personal care experience Experience working with residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments CPR/First Aid certification

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
