We are seeking a dedicated PRN Med Tech to work in our Assisted Living Facility. Med Techs work under the supervision of licensed nurses and facility supervisors. Shifts may include day, evening, or nighttime hours. This role includes hands-on resident care, ensuring both safety and quality of life for residents. Qualifications and Skills Certification as a Med Tech or equivalent, including state-required medication pass training. Must be a CNA Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare settings is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Basic clinical knowledge for monitoring vital signs and understanding medication effects.
