We service a 90 mile radius from each agency site. We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I) to support older adults with hands-on personal care in either setting. Positions are available in our residential care home in Jamestown, NC with consistent team-based shifts, as well as in private homes with flexible assignments based on client needs. Assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment Accurately document care provided in our electronic health record (EHR) Communicate changes in client condition promptly to supervisors Work collaboratively with RNs and care team members Work Environment Small residential care home (Jamestown, NC) Private client homes (one-on-one care) RN oversight and structured leadership support Professional, relationship-centered care model Qualifications Active North Carolina Nurse Aide I listing At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Experience in assisted living, home care, or working with older adults preferred.
