POSITION SUMMARY

Greets patients/families entering UNC Health SE, and provides any assistance as needed. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required:

Previous experience in a position requiring interpersonal and communications skills.

Preferred:

Certified Nursing Assistant or other healthcare provider trained to identify adverse and emergent patient symptoms and behaviors.
