Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support in their homes and communities. As an HHA CNA, you will work closely with clients to assist with daily activities, monitor health status, and deliver essential medical and personal care in a respectful and empowering manner. Your energy and commitment will help create a positive environment for those you serve, ensuring they feel valued, safe, and cared for every day. Duties Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Assist with medication reminders following protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment conducive to health and well-being. Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current licensure; additional Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred. Experience preferred. Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments; experience with long-term care is highly valued. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; familiarity with Alzheimer's disease and dementia care is advantageous. Excellent patient observation skills combined with compassionate caregiving that respects patient dignity and promotes independence. Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks including lifting using Hoyer lifts, and assisting with mobility. Join us in delivering exceptional home care that transforms lives! $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
