Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices during patient transfers or manual handling tasks. Strong communication skills for caregiving roles that involve working closely with patients' families and multidisciplinary teams.
