Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior. Observe and document each client's condition and report changes to the care team. Companionship and one-on-one support that helps clients stay at home. What we are looking for An active CNA certification (North Dakota or Minnesota). A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
