CNAs:

Assist patients with daily activities, take and record vital signs as permitted, report changes in patient condition, and support the care team.

LPNs:

Provide nursing care within the scope of an LPN license, administer medications and treatments as authorized, document care, and report patient changes.

RNs:

Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, develop and update care plans, document care, and coordinate with the clinical team. All professionals must provide safe, compassionate care within their scope of practice and follow applicable facility policies. Qualifications Active New Jersey CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license, as applicable to your role BLS/CPR certification when required for an assignment Any additional experience or specialty credentials required by a facility Ability to complete applicable credential verification, background checks, and health screenings A dependable, professional approach to patient care Schedule and Pay We're building a roster for future per diem, PRN, and contract opportunities across New Jersey. Based on current market rates, estimated hourly pay ranges are $20

• 30 for CNAs, $30
• 42 for LPNs, and $42
• 60 for RNs .

These are market estimates; SideGiggs rates have not yet been set. Actual pay will depend on the facility, role, shift, qualifications, and location.
